This must be a positive integer value. or Invalid format. This must be a floating point value representing a probability between 0 and 1.

  2. Provide the Effect Size
A value is required. Invalid format. This must be a floating point value representing a probability between 0 and 1.

  3. Provide the Significance Level
This must be a floating point value representing a probability between 0 and 1. A value is required.Invalid format.

  4. Select the Type of Effect
What type of effect will be tested in the proposed association analysis?

Locus-specific heritability is the proportion of variation in the phenotype of interest explained by variation in the locus (e.g. SNP) of interest.
The type I error rate.
Effect is added linearly with every copy of the causal allele. It is also known as the additive effect. Tested using the t-test.
Effect is added by each genotype. It is a combined additive and dominant effect. Tested using the 2-df F-test.
